Lloyd’s Market Assn. Appoints Navigators’ Cameron as CEO, Succeeding Gittings


Sheila Cameron, currently head of International Operations at Navigators Underwriting Ltd., is to become the next CEO of the Lloyd’s Market Association (LMA), following the announcement that David Gittings will be stepping down at the end of the year after 12 years in the role.

Cameron currently has responsibility for leading all operational and change management activity within Navigators International, which includes its Lloyd’s business together with its global platforms in Europe, Asia and Latin America.
Prior to joining Navigators, Cameron was director of group operations at Hiscox and has undertaken a number of roles in Xchanging, including the COO of Xianging’s claims. Career management consulting started at Accenture.

He is the chairman of the LMA Operation Committee and a member of the Target Operational Model Board.
