Hub International Acquires Ontario’s Proteus Performance Management Inc.


Hub International Ltd., the Chicago-based insurance brokerage, announced it has acquired Proteus Performance Management Inc.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Headquartered in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, Proteus offers private pension plan governance and investment advisory services to company plan sponsors, non-profit organizations, trustee plans, public plans, foundations and donations.

In a statement, Hub said it ranked the top for the quality of general investment advisory services at Proteus’ 2017 Greenwich Associates Survey and the Canadian Enterprise Investor Survey.
