Connecticut governor ned lamont has introduced his selections to steer the departments of public health and coverage.
The democrat is nominating renee d. Coleman-mitchell, a health care government, to supervise the health department. Coleman-mitchell is government director of cougar fitness services at washington country university. She formerly labored at the connecticut branch of public fitness, starting in 1986 with the hiv/aids department.
Lamont is also nominating andrew n. Mais of wilton to supervise the insurance branch.
Mais specializes in insurance law at the deloitte middle for economic services in stamford, wherein he has worked considering 2011. He previously worked on the big apple country coverage department.
Both appointees watch for legislative confirmation.
