Allianz Group’s specialist corporate insurer Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty SE (AGCS) has announced that Sinéad Browne will assume the role of AGCS UK CEO in addition to her responsibilities as chief regions and markets officer, subject to regulatory approval. Tracey Hunt has been appointed deputy CEO for AGCS UK.
Both appointments will take effect from Jan. 1, 2019. Current AGCS UK CEO, Brian Kirwan will leave at the end of 2018.
In 2012, he was appointed General Manager of the AGCS Board of Directors, before moving to the regional regions where he served in 2018 and as a market officer. He joined Allianz Group in 1993 and since then has taken high-level roles in subtitle, organization and strategy development and operations. Allianz Ireland, Allianz SE and Allianz Re.
Hunt joined AGCS in September 2012 as President of Growth Markets, Energy. Since January 2015, he has been the current regional energy manager. Hunt will report directly to Browne as Executive Vice President. Hunt oversees all AGCS business lines and oversees key customer and broker relationships in the UK. Its current responsibilities will continue as the regional Unit of Energy for London.
