Alliant Hires Potts to Its Employee Benefits Group in Virginia

Alliant has hired Arlene Potts as vice president within its Employee Benefits Group.

Potts is based in Suffolk, Va., and will work with a portfolio of clients to provide strategic employee benefits services that aim to reduce healthcare costs and optimize organizational performance.
Prior to joining Alliant, Potts was a senior associate with a major national employee benefits and insurance brokerage company. Although there, Potts served a different customer base that advised on a range of healthcare, health and employee retention initiatives, with both regional and national operations.
